Our History
SpiceBuild was formed in 2010 and has completed many successful projects since. The vision for our company is to continue developing a reputation that will make us a preferred choice for clients in the Wellington region. Keeping quality at the fore front has given us the opportunity to work along side a number of award winning architects. Our successful team has grown steadily to accommodate the running of multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Our Philosophy
SpiceBuild’s philosophy has always been to provide excellent customer service and ensuring projects are completed on time. We pride ourselves with consistently delivering on our promises while maintaining an open line of communication from site to the office and back to our clients. We excel in helping contractors, architects, and owners find cost effective construction solutions to ensure the final product is both aesthetically appealing and within budget. Our team enjoys taking on challenging projects and we are mindful that construction projects can be stressful. Qualifications
SpiceBuild belongs to the Registered Master Builders Association. Benefits of building with a Registered Master Builder is that SpiceBuild can offer a 10 Year Master Build Guarantee on all residential projects. We are also Licensed Building Practitioners ( LPB 111598 ). All of our apprentices go through a 4 year training program through the BCITO. We are committed to our industry frequently attending seminars on building regulation changes , health and safety and new product innovation.
