SpiceBuild undertook the challenging commercial project to convert a run-down building into state of the art offices of an expanding architectural firm Moore Design as well as the high end, sheik spaces essential for the service requirements of The Beauty Room.  The building was gutted and rebuilt from the ground up with new façade and an extensive interior fit out to cater to the unique requirements of these two thriving Lower Hutt businesses.

    Moore Design has an interior space that inspires creativity whilst also catering to their dynamic business.  Their work space features an open plan design with material selections fully integrated into the fit out to provide clients with an inspiring visual experience.  Sunlight and space has been maximised whilst also incorporating an extensive display of samples built into the fitout to show case a wide range of design possibilities.

      The Beauty Room had a completely different design approach which ensured calm & a sense of serenity for their customers. The space is characterised by a high end finish providing the privacy and quietness necessary to meet the sophisticated environment essential for providing a first class beauty treatment service.
