Seatoun house
Designed by UPOKO Architects, this modern renovation is a great example of how modern renovation can enhance the character of the original 1930s home. Mixed cedar claddings on the exterior along with a new colour scheme transform the property. The home has been extensively remodelled and enhanced to create an inviting first impression.
This home was awarded Gold at the 2018 Master Build House of the Year competition.

Exterior
Cedar was the chosen material to complement the existing character timber weatherboards. A large studio with double garaging sits at the front of the site.
Bathrooms
New bathrooms encompass custom vanities with matai timber tops to complement the character of the home.
Heart of the Home
The large extension to the property has made way for a new central kitchen hub for the family. Designed around a large 3m island, this kitchen is the perfect entertaining area.
