Matt Spicer
Starting out, Matt Spicer (Director) studied Industrial Design at Victoria University. It was there that his passion for getting hands on and creating projects began. Following a passion for construction, the move was made to embark on a building career.
Having a design background has been fundamental in helping Matt to visualize and understand the elements of the design process within a project. This knowledge has been highly beneficial when running architectural projects that involve many detailed elements.
Matt has been fortunate to build a company based on strong honest relationships with staff, architects, engineers and clients. He gains great satisfaction in training his staff and challenging them to be the best at what they do.
