Cantilevered Structure
Extensive engineering was incorporated into this design to allow for a floating cross laminated flooring system. The system provided a bracing diaphragm, designed to float over a minimal steel post.

Master bedroom with sea views that look directly to Matiu / Somes Island in the Wellington Harbour. Large full height glazing on façade capture all available light with large sliding door set providing access to a private deck space.
